1. I was at your website yesterday and saw something I really liked and today its gone. Can I still get it?
Sorry, no. We make every effort to purchase many of our items at rock bottom prices so that we can pass the savings along to you. In doing so we often purchase items that are no longer in production. Because of this quantities are limited and products tend to sell fast.
2. How do I pay for my purchase?
All payments are made on our secure site with any major credit card.
3. How much am I saving by purchasing by products in your online store?
All of the products in our store are discounted 25-55% below retail.
4. Who do you use to ship your products?
We ship all packages with USPS with tracking numbers on every item.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is only available to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO addresses.
6. How long before my order will ship?
Orders are boxed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
7. Do you accept returns?
We stand behind our products 100%, but unless the item is somehow defective we do not accept returns.

You will receive a response the same day if your email is sent before 3:00pm MST, Monday through Saturday. All emails sent after 3:00pm MST and on Sundays, will be answered the following business day.

No. We will never share or sell your personal information to anyone. We value you as a customer.
10. What if my package has been damaged in shipment by the USPS?
Memories Ulimited is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost by the USPS during shipment. Any claims for damage should be directed to them. You should retain all packaging and document all damage before opening. Shipping insurance is available for an additional charge if you would like to purchase it.
11. I lost my page kit directions, what do I do now?
Just send us an email at support@memoriesunlimitedonline.com and let us know which kit you need the directions for. We can back an email with the directions attached.
